The Rush

There is always the adrenaline when you are racing to get a project done before a deadline. The only problem is that when a error happens, it saps whatever energy generated from this rush, especially if it's an error that results in redoing an entire test procedure.

The dichotomy is that I get a kick out of my job, but I hate the project that I'm working on. I shouldn't care as much as project management or top brass whether the client gets it on time, but I do. Strange behavior coming from a rogue tester.

Doesn't matter in about 24 hours. Soon, I will have my first real vacation since London (after a fashion).
